Lady in Red

Lady in Red was created in honor of my mother Carmen Mohamadi. At the age of only 40 years old, my mother passed away suddenly on February 9, 2018, but she was able to give the Gift of Life. Through Carmen’s Gift of Life, she was able to donate her organs and tissues to five individuals that were on transplant lists, all within the Tri-State area.

We are endlessly proud of Carmen and her ability to save the lives of those five people in need, and it is for that reason that we continue to share her organ donation story!!!

Lady in Red represents all things Carmen LOVED – red roses and red lipstick!! You will see many of those cherished items in our team’s merchandise and photos because they remind us of the incredible woman that is my mother – Carmen Mohamadi!

Lady in Red has officially fundraised over $25,000 and has directly contributed towards NJ Sharing Network's philanthropy!

We will continue our efforts of raising organ and tissue donation awareness by joining NJ Sharing Network's Celebration of Life 5K. This event will be held on June 7, 2026 at 10am in New Providence, NJ! We look forward to seeing you there! Your support is deeply appreciated.
