Forever loved and missed beyond measure, Luke Bautista was truly an incredible person.  He lived life to the fullest and both his smile and personality were contagious.  He made people's lives better every day and continues to do so in his death thru organ and tissue donation.  I was in awe of him in life and am equally so in death.  Please join Team Luke and/or consider a donation.
